(Note 1) “Occupancy rate” is a percentage figure calculated by dividing “leased area” by “total leasable area,” which is rounded off to one decimal place.
(Note 2) “Leased area” refers to the area specified in the lease contracts with respective tenants effective at the end of each month, out of the total leasable area. This does not include the leased area used for parking lots and other purposes. For properties held through quasi-co-ownership, the total leased area of ​​the trust real estate is multiplied by the quasi-co-ownership interest ratio.
(Note 3) “Total leasable area” represents the sum of the total floor area of leasable offices, store spaces, and hotels (including leased joint ownership spaces, etc.). This does not include leasable area used for parking lots and other purposes. For properties held through quasi-co-ownership, the total leasable area of ​​the trust real estate is multiplied by the quasi-co-ownership interest ratio. In addition, it refers to the leasable area of each property, and it is possible that there are some discrepancies depending on renovations, style of lease contracts, and others.
