(hereafter “One REIT”), recognizing the importance of specific personal information and seeking to properly protect and manage it, has set out a basic policy regarding specific personal information and, while ensuring the understanding of all directors, strives to protect specific personal information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and norms.
