Characteristics of the Location

    ● This property is located near Minami-Osawa Station, a development district in Tama New Town that has expanded in accordance with the local development plan. A number of retail facilities are located around the station and the Tokyo Metropolitan University, which opened in 2005 on the north side of this property.
    ● Minami-Osawa Station is an aboveground station on the Keio Railway Sagamihara Line, and the number of daily passengers is estimated at approximately 60,000 on average. Minami-Osawa Station started its operation in May 1988 with an initial figure of approximately 10,000 daily passengers on average. The number of users of the station, however, increased after express trains began making stops at this station with the start of express train services on the Sagamihara Line. In addition, limited express trains began stopping at this station in 2013, after the resumption of limited express train services.
    ● The property is a steel-framed, flat-roofed, seven-story commercial complex comprising pay-by-the-hour parking lots on the first floor, retail premises on the second to third floors, and a cinema complex on the third to the seventh floors.
    ● The property is situated northeast of Minami-Osawa Station across the city road.
    ● A pedestrian deck separating the roadway and sidewalk is connected to the third floor of this property. As the train entrance is also located on the same level, this property boasts very convenient access to the station.
    ● The cinema complex has nine screens and 1,948 seats, including spaces for customers using wheelchairs.
